From Precision Tooling to Electric Mobility
TRBL Electric Mobility is the newly launched EV bus division of PSR Toolings & Stampings Pvt. Ltd. — a manufacturer with deep expertise in tool making, sheet metal stamping, structural design, and complete bus body building. We execute the entire programme in-house: concept, 3D CAD design, prototyping, fabrication, painting, trimming, electrical integration, and final inspection.

15 Years, Built Step by Step
From a rented toolroom in 2011 to a 600,000 sq ft EV bus facility in 2026 — every machine, certification and shed extension behind the TRBL story.
- Established Toolroom on rented land with basic conventional m/c and one VMC (1 mtr).
- Constructed own toolroom premises (16,000 sq.ft); relocated the Tooling Division.
- Started production unit under PSR Industries with 8× 160T–350T presses.
- 10,000 sq.ft stamping shop extension; 60,000 sq.ft shed extension under construction.
- Adding 2 new facilities — Unit 5 and Unit 6 (TRBL EV bus production scale-up).
